    • It appears we have a clear case of the President's failure to uphold the Oath of Office in which he pledges to defend and protect the United States and the Constitution. Failing to protect the boarders of the Union is a direct violation of an enumerated power vested in the Federal government of this Republic.

    Perhaps the State of Arizona should have filed suit against the Federal Government for this failure, and invoked the State's Right to protect its boarders until the Federal government demonstrated the capability to perform it responsibility under the Constitution.

    This type of action would force the issue of upholding the enumerated powers, and would have drawn a sharp line between the Federal powers and State's Rights.

    Clearly the justices of the nation would have to rule in favor of the States or show their incompetence of the position and the Constitution.

    I am not sure of the 100% accuracy of this doctor's email below, but it does trend with what I observed as a frequent traveler to south Florida and my own observations with friends who are doctors in the local Panhandle area.
    I know that there is funding for the children of these illegals, who are by decree American citizens!! I am verifying the $1500 per child (see below) amount via my sources. I know there is a total cap per family, but there are ways around that too.

    The point is still true: this is our collective tax money being used for these purposes. The "system" seems to allow the use of illegal and unethical methods to make a living. All of this with the legal sanction of the US government!
    BTW, I researched and wrote an analysis paper that shows the number of people who are on welfare or some form of assisted living by our government. Attached is some of the data (not all) from my research to the end of 2009.
    The data and the results are very shocking. Read it and weep!!!!

    Below is a commentary from an ER Doctor. Do you think this might be a big reason our health care system and our social security system are so screwed up? Do you think this might be a big reason our taxes keep going up? Who do you think these people are going to vote for?

    "I live and work in a state overrun with illegals. They make more money having kids than we earn working full-time. Today I had a 25-year old with 8 kids - that's right 8; all illegal anchor babies and she had the nicest nails, cell phone, hand bag, clothing, etc. She makes about $1,500 monthly for each; you do the math. I used to say, "We are the dumbest nation on earth." Now I must say and sadly admit:
    WE are the dumbest people on earth (that includes ME) for we elected the idiot idealogues who have passed the bills that allow this. Sorry, but we need a revolution. Vote them all out in 2010."

    Immigrants over 65 can apply for SSI and Medicaid and get more than a native woman on Social Security who worked from legally in the U. S. for 60 years.
    She is only getting $791 per month because she was born in 1924 and there's a 'catch 22.'

    While the federal government provides a single refugee with a monthly allowance of $1,890. Each can also obtain an additional $580 in social assistance, for a total of $2,470 a month.
    This compares to a single pensioner, who after contributing to the growth and development of America for 40 to 50 years, can only receive a monthly maximum of $1,012 in old age pension and Guaranteed Income Supplement.

    Maybe our pensioners should apply as refugees!

    EVERY AMERICAN TAXPAYER OUGHT TO KNOW ABOUT THIS.

    Back during The Great Depression, President Herbert Hoover ordered the deportation of ALL illegal aliens in order to make jobs available to American citizens that desperately needed work.

    Harry Truman deported over two million Illegal's after WWII to create jobs for returning veterans.

    In 1954, President Dwight Eisenhower deported 13 million Mexican Nationals! The program was called "Operation Wetback". It was done so WWII and Korean Veterans would have a better chance at jobs. It took 2 Years, but they deported them!

    Now...if they could deport the illegal's back then - they could sure do it today. If you have doubts about the veracity of this information, enter Operation Wetback into your favorite search engine and confirm it for yourself.

    d.        Since the early 1980s, it has been suggested that several Middle Eastern race groups have come to America with the sole purpose of being an economic burden on our society as low wage workers of some kind, students, etc. Many of these people are known members of terrorist groups some silent, some not. It is not a stretch to conclude that some of these people are here to add an economic burden to our society via the welfare system or other government assistance.


    e.        It is recommended that the White Classification should be further sub-classified as Caucasian (European Descent), and North Africa/ Middle East Origin/Descent or classified as separate racial categories as it was before 2004.


    3.        The numbers for Asians on welfare or assisted living by government was too high in the initial guess numbers. The research data shows much less by a factor of 10. The values should be within this range: 25 to 50 K. This result is obviously due to cultural issues. Idleness or unemployment in any form is very frowned upon in the Asian cultures!!! When Asians are in trouble they go to their families for temporary help.
