The US Constitution was written by the founding fathers to prevent any slime ball dealings such as the Medicaid exemptions for Nebraska and Florida. LetÕs hope that the Attorney Generals of some of the bill paying Red states adhere to their responsibilities and file the proper complaints with the Supreme Court.
